Auto-Renew

In response to customer requests, all subscriptions are now auto-renew. To cancel at any time while still receiving benefits for the remainder of your active subscription, simply visit My Account

Shipping

Subscriptions are released four times per calendar year and are bulk shipped independently. The member will receive an issue release email notifying them of an upcoming issue, so be sure to opt in on email communication.

Returns

You may turn off auto-renew by logging into your account. We do not offer prorated refunds on canceled subscriptions. If you receive a damaged issue, reach out to hello@theskijournal.com.
